Soak up the beautiful festive atmosphere with us this Christmas season.
Once again, we are delighted to welcome Santa back to Newhailes House.
Make this Christmas extra special by visiting Santa’s favourite Scottish retreat. He will be nestled in our beautifully decorated, grand dining room, ready for you to tell him your Christmas wishes, and then leave with a gift picked just for you.
Our café will be open for delicious hot drinks and festive foods to keep you feeling warm and fuzzy.

Friday 27 November– Wednesday 23rd December, weekends only, 10am–4pm
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is a £5 parking charge. Members enjoy free parking with a valid car parking sticker. If you are interested in becoming a member, please speak to one of our team or head to our Join page.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not permitted at this event.
Important information
Maximum of 4 adults and 6 children.
All children aged between 0–12 MUST have a child ticket to enter.
Large groups that have consecutive slots cannot enter the house together or visit Santa as one whole booking. Please note that a maximum of 10 people will be permitted to wait in the vestibule area.
**Santa will be in Newhailes House, and access is up one flight of stairs. if you have any special requirements/needs, please contact us.
***Pushchairs and prams must be left outside the house at the bottom of the stairs.
****Food and Drink of any kind are not permitted in the house.
