DESCRIPTION:Join us for a safe\, led ride from our bike library to these fa
 mily-friendly gardens this winter.\n\nJoin us for a safe\, led family ride
  to the Royal Botanic Gardens of Edinburgh where we'll have a picnic\, wea
 ther dependant (individuals who want to build their cycle confidence are a
 lso very welcome!).\n\nThe gardens are lovely any time of the year. There 
 is also a nice cafe on premises and we will buy hot drinks for everyone th
 ere.\n\nThe ride will use off-road cycle routes where possible. We will ke
 ep a very relaxed pace throughout. At a slow pace the ride there will take
  about about one and a quarter hours. We'll return by the same route.\n\nP
 lease bring your own picnic and dress appropriately for the weather - glov
 es\, and warm waterproof coats are essential.\n\nOur ride leaders will lea
 d the bike ride which will start from Porty bike library at 10am - please 
 arrive promptly.\n\nYou can choose to hire one of our cargo bikes or trike
 s\, which fits 1-2 children in the front or back depending on design\, or 
 come along on your own bikes. We also have electric bikes and ordinary bik
 es to hire for adults over 18 only but only limited numbers of each of the
 se.\n\nYou'll need to let us know in advance that you want to hire a cargo
  bike as there are a limited number.\n\nThere will be the option to hire a
  standard bike\, an ordinary electric\, or electric cargo bike when you bo
 ok a ticket.\n\nAnyone hiring a bike will need to arrive half an hour earl
 ier for an induction.\n\nPlease note that there is a small chance of cance
 llation\, due to bad weather - as this is a winter cycle ride. We will mak
 e a decision on whether the ride will go ahead\, by 5pm on Thursday 19 Feb
 ruary. Once you have registered\, look out for further emails from us in c
 ase of cancellation.
