DESCRIPTION:Shauna Macdonald and Paul Lambie will coach you on how RESHAPE 
 how you approach public speaking.\nFind your voice\, own your performance\
 , and learn to communicate with more confidence\, presence and freedom.\nO
 ver two days\, 10-5pm at Tribe Porty\, we’ll use practical\, playful and
  experiential exercises drawn from theatre\, performance and communication
  to help you find what works for you.\nYou’ll learn tools to:\n&#8211\; 
 Ground yourself in speaking situations and develop greater presence and po
 wer when you talk.\n&#8211\; Find and own your natural voice\, while explo
 ring its full potential through the 3 Ps: pitch\, pause and pace.\n&#8211\
 ; Get more comfortable with vulnerability and discover a different way of 
 thinking about performance.\n&#8211\; Steal useful techniques from the wor
 ld of theatre to engage\, inspire and connect with an audience.\n&#8211\; 
 Listen actively\, so you can stay present\, spontaneous and responsive rat
 her than getting stuck in your head.\n&#8211\; Manage nerves by breaking d
 own what you’re saying\, shifting your focus towards the listener and co
 nnecting your voice to your intention.\n&#8211\; Use the MOTTO formula —
  a simple\, repeatable structure for preparing and delivering yourself cle
 arly in all sorts of speaking situations.\n&#8211\; Use your body and phys
 ical presence to support and strengthen your message.\n&#8211\; Recognise 
 and get out of the habits that can sabotage your potential: self-doubt\, o
 verwhelm and confusion.\nThe aim isn’t to turn you into someone else.\nI
 t’s to help you become more comfortable\, more present and more you when
